The bar closes at 10pm, however if requested at the time of booking the event, we can organise a later close time.
Absolutely! You are more than welcome to decorate the venue, provided you do not use anything that might cause damage to the venue furniture or walls.
You cannot bring your own alcohol due to our liquor license rules, however you can definitely bring your own food! Alternatively, The Brownzy can provide bar snacks (pizza, pies and hotdogs etc) or provide catering by supporting locals in the Browns Bay community. We can discuss catering options on booking request.

We kindly ask for a $200 cleaning fee and a refundable bond upon reservation. Additionally, there is a minimum spend requirement, which we are happy to discuss further when you make your booking request.
